Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on item and immediate availability. Unless a specific lead time is listed on this page, expect to receive an email with an ETA within 1-3 days of placing your order. Many suspension kits will ship out within 3-5 business days while some select items may take up to 7-10 business days. Availability on backordered or built-to-order products can vary and we will keep you informed via email with any ETA changes. You will receive the tracking information via email as soon as it is available so you can easily track your package(s) from us, to your door. Keep in mind, some suspension components may ship separately and could arrive at different times. All shipping prices are based on the lower 48 states unless specified otherwise and do not include any duties or customs fees you may be subject to for international orders.

What to Expect Upon Delivery

Always inspect your items immediately upon receipt and notify us if there are any concerns, damages, or missing items. Please verify that all boxes and parts are present and correct using the packing slip or instructions before starting installation or bringing your vehicle to a mechanic. We are unable to assist with any costs accrued from delayed installs due to missing parts. If parts are missing or show signs of shipping damage, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement; claims of missing or damaged parts made more than 14 days after delivery cannot be honored.

Cancellation Policy

Please reach out to us for any order changes or cancellation requests and we will work with you to adjust your shipment. Our processes have been optimized to have your order completed and shipped as quickly as possible which means your order may be further along in the pulling and packing process than you might expect. All cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee, unless the mistake is ours.
Any cancellation may carry a restocking fee that is dependent on the items ordered as well as the stage the order is in at the time of cancellation. If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours from the time of purchase, these fees may be waived. The restocking fee is typically around 10-25% but, due to vendor contracts as well as shipping and handling expenses, some products can carry a higher restocking fee once processing has begun.

Before placing your order or starting a return, our team can help confirm fitment to reduce the risk of ordering the wrong product - and if we confirm fitment and it doesn’t fit, we’ll make it right.

Our return guidelines are designed to be fair and consistent, but we also understand that not every situation fits perfectly into a written policy. If something doesn’t go as planned, we encourage you to reach out. Our team will always review your situation thoughtfully including whether the issue was related to fitment guidance, order accuracy, or product condition - and work with you to find the best possible resolution. Our goal is to make sure you’re taken care of, and customer satisfaction is always a top priority for our team.

While many of our products require significant preparation, handling, and shipping, we also understand that every situation is unique. Returns aren’t always black and white, and we’re committed to working with our customers to find the fairest solution possible.

In some cases, we may need to recover certain costs associated with preparing and shipping your order. However, if an issue occurs due to an error on our part, including situations where our sales team has recommended an incompatible setup, we’ll absolutely take that into account and work with you to make things right. If our sales team confirms fitment and it doesn’t fit, we’ll take it back with no restocking fees as long as the item is still in like-new condition.

Return Handling Costs

We understand that fitment issues or product choices can sometimes be confusing. If our sales team recommended a size or specification that turns out to be incompatible, or if we made an error with your order, we’ll work with you to make the return process easier - including waiving restocking or return shipping costs when the return is related to a fitment recommendation or order error on our part.

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which varies based on the product and its manufacturer. Fees are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we always consider the circumstances surrounding a return. For returns originating outside of the lower 48 U.S. states, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, including repacking, pickup, and transportation.

Return Authorization & Timing

All returns must be approved before items are sent back. Please Contact Us to request a return authorization. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order, and once approved, items must be shipped back within 10 days.

When needed, we can provide return packaging along with clear instructions on how to securely pack your items. If items are not packaged properly and are damaged during return shipping, the customer may be responsible for the cost of the damaged product.

One time services that we provide, such as ceramic coating, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

In order for an item to be warranty eligible, it must be purchased directly from our store. Warranties are non-transferable, and claims may only be submitted by the original purchaser.

Condition of Returned Items & Refunds

All products must be returned in new, unused condition, with no damage and including all original accessories (such as center caps). Items returned with signs of use, unexpected damage, or missing accessories may be subject to increased restocking fees or may be refused at our discretion.

If a return is declined for any of the reasons listed above, we will work with you to send the product(s) back to you at your expense. Once a return is approved and received, we aim to complete return inspections as quickly as possible, with most warehouse returns inspected within 3 business days. However, returns sent to the manufacturer are typically inspected within 10 business days after delivery. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees, within 2-3 business days of passing the return inspection.

Individual Product Orders

Please inspect all items for damage before use. For wheel-only orders, customers are responsible for test-fitting the wheels on the vehicle before having tires mounted. Once tires have been mounted, we’re unable to accept a return, even if a fitment issue is discovered. Tires that show any mileage are not eligible for return.

Package Orders

For wheel and tire packages, we ask that all products be test-fitted before driving on them. Once wheels or tires have been mounted and driven on, we’re unable to accept returns. If you have any fitment questions or concerns, let us know before placing your order. Our team is always happy to help ensure the best possible fit. Since we move quickly, it’s important to notify us right away if any concerns come up.

Suspension & Accessories

All suspension and accessory items that are not warranty-related must be unused and uninstalled. Items that show signs of installation or attempted installation cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender without credit.

Even if your situation doesn’t fit perfectly within the guidelines above, we encourage you to reach out. If something feels unclear or unfair, you may request an additional review - we want to get it right. Our team will always review your case with fairness and care.

Warranty

All manufacturer warranties apply and we will support you as the customer in ensuring you get a quality product. In some warranty situations, manufacturers may need to contact you directly. We are unable to assist with any costs not explicitly covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy, including, but not limited to, shipping or labor costs.
